1. Agreement
By accessing TRpay services or signing a merchant agreement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
TRpay provides payment collection and disbursement infrastructure for merchants operating in India. Service availability, fees, and settlement terms are defined in your merchant agreement.
3. Merchant Obligations
- Provide accurate KYC and business information
- Comply with applicable laws including RBI guidelines and local regulations
- Not use the platform for prohibited activities (fraud, money laundering, unlicensed gambling where restricted, etc.)
- Secure API keys and portal credentials
4. Fees & Settlement
Fees are charged per successful transaction as agreed in your rate schedule. Settlement timing (D0, D+1, etc.) depends on merchant configuration and compliance status.
5. Limitation Of Liability
TRpay is not liable for indirect damages, network outages of third-party banks or UPI infrastructure, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months unless otherwise required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate per the merchant agreement. Outstanding settlements and compliance holds apply after termination.
